I have reinstall computer and new instalation CZDC++0.4032.
CZDC wrote "Download failed".
Can you help me?

Pretty sure Download Failed relates to the public hub list downloading. You can try another hublist. http://www.hublist.org/?p=hublists has a list of them, just copy the link and stick it in settings > download > Public hubs list URL
