Go to "File" menu --->> "Settings..." --->> "Apperance" tab and select language file by clicking on <Browse> button next to "Language file" edit box.

Of course first of all you have to obtain the language file you need (??.xml). CZ and EN languages are included by PPK. You may have to search for other languages. Someone might have even made.
